The VCC sells for about $250,000 to $400,000 depending on how many connections, bells, whistles, etc.

To perform this particular task the DEC users don't need a complete VCC. GLBM has put the console consolidation feature on a disk and sells it as software only. They are essentially just selling one 'bell' (reference above analogy).

The thought is that, having found out how nicely this little piece of software works, a lot of these big companies will end up buying the big taco: a VCC (or several to many VCC's).

Functionality has never been the issue (all of the big customers are very happy with their VCCs and have been able to document 100% return on investment in less than a year).

Credibility has been and still is the issue. GLBM is now "endorsed" by DEC (although DEC might not phrase it quite like that) as the replacement for the console consolidation portion of Polycenter. Therefore I believe that within a few months GLBM will have a vendor relationship with 'a lot' of big companies.

When the day comes, if it ever comes, that GLBM's VCC is seen within the industry for what it really is, vs. being seen as a 'risky' product sold by a BB company, things here on this thread and for the symbol "GLBM" are going to get pretty interesting.

This 'windfall' brought on by Y2K is a great opportunity for the Company and, I think, the event that will catalyze the paradigm shift.
