I can't find anything specific but we are seeing a pick-up in events that are favourable for fuel cells such as GM's fuel cell car, the recent election in Germany, Mobil's advertisements, the Venice meeting of oil producers, the US budget with its tax credits for high mileage vehicles, the recent BLD stationary power roundtable. I believe the Company had as a target to sign up a partner on portable fuel cells by the end of 98. That means we should hear something soon.
