I think that Clinton is playing politics to save his presidency by urging Rubin and Alan Greenspan to ochestra and initiliaze this U.S. Emergency Global Funding and will have meeting this weekend and Monday. This again and again "Whack the Dog" performance; as Judiciary committee are porposing and will have a vote on Clinton's impeachment Inquiry. Several accidents that I could remember are as follows: 1. Ms. Lewinsky testify in the Grand Jury, Clinton order to bomb missile attack Afganistan and Sudan 2. Clinton's grand Jury tape will be released, Clinton address to the U.N. 3. and Now, Congress will vote on impeachment Inquiry on Monday, then Cliton ochestra this US Emergency Global funding this weekend and Monday. Again, Clinton will address the IMF and World Bank. These are all political games to distract world attention towards Clinton crisis. That is all.
