All, With Mr. bender off the thread for a while hopefully Mr. Fontain can keep things a bit more on topic. I talked with Brad this AM and can confirm what was previously stated. The meeting went very very well and the lawyers have their bit to do and then a release will be sent out. The fact that there are no addittionall meeetings scheduled with the offending parties indicates to me a final and complete settlement wich is GREAT news for us and BAD news for any other shorters or the other 2 companies wich signed virtually the same contract. I wonder if all 4 companies are actually holding companies or subsidiaries of the same company. Anyway WE ARE ABOUT TO WIN THE BIG ONE !!!!
