Testing new lows today. Anyone want to bet on a .75 low early next week? Might be THE buying opportunity.

Spoke to TCC President, Dr. Bohn today. He says the joint demonstration project with Rentech is underway. There are two phases, the first is the analysis phase and it is expected to be completed by the end of October. The second is the actual pilot demonstration at their plant. It should be completed a few weeks thereafter and that news should then be forthcoming.

I asked if TCC had high expectations for the demonstration project to prove the success of the plasma technology in producing syngas, or whether their goal was merely to find out if it worked. He was emphatic that they had high expectations.

I asked why they didn't do the demonstration project with Syntroleum, he replied that there was a possibility they would. Why did you chose Rentech? Answer, because Rentech was first at the door and pushed the hardest.

He couldn't respond to my question about whether successful completion of the demonstration project would enable Rentech's costs to come down sufficiently to compete with Syntroleum's natural gas conversion. He suggested that that was information within Rentech's knowledge. He did say that the big benefit would be the ability to use their more mobile system to access remote gas locations.

He referred me to today's issue of the Remote Gas Strategy Newsletter remotegasstrategies.com

Bottom line: Deal with Texaco imminent; plasma technology in the works; Rentech is pushing the hardest; conference next week with Texaco and Rentech talking in tandem. You can't go wrong with this company!!!!!

>>unlike Mark not to return a call..<<

It is unlike Mark not to return a call, but he never returned one I left on Monday. My guess is that he is barely able to respond to all inquiries this week and some have slipped through the cracks. However, I know that several people have spoken to Mark this week and he is telling them that nothing has changed.
