The following are the two places where the detailed review of the court documents, the discussion of the products, the discussion of the equipment and costs of the equipment prepared by me from the documents and my conclusions. the first was on Yahoo INVX messages 2741-2744 on September 28 and then on Motley Fool September 28 by Warren5550 copying from Yahoo at 18:14 P.M.

<It is unlikely they will announce non-SEG design wins until other customers orders are being produced for competitive and customer relations reasons, although the November CC will no doubt be revealing.> I'm not sure I understand what you are saying here? I think if they had a design win, they would surely announce it assuming the customer was in agreement. Not to mention announcing desgn wins without naming the customer. INVX also told me not to look for any significant revenues from FSA until the March or June quarters.
