TSIG To: Mac (7088 ) From: Dixie7777 Saturday, Oct 3 1998 1:17PM ET Reply # of 7092 Rich I thought it might be interesting to bring your attention to a potentially explosive situation. The company is Teleservices International Group in St. Petersburg Florida. About 35 miles north of where I live on Longboat Key. I've been up to visit the company 4 times over the past 7 weeks and it's alive with activity. I mean ALIVE!! I may even come out of retirement to work for them in-as-much as I have never seen in all my business years an opportunity as strong as this. I also believe that I can make a solid contribution to the company. Essentially it's a turnaround situation and due to reasons that would be far too complicated to explain, I believe that the share price is probably at or close to its bottom and will/should/imho rapidly change for the better. This is not a daytrade or a momentum play, even though some will do well with it on that basis. This company has legs, long, long legs. To be satisfied with a sixteenth or a quarter or even a buck or two I believe to be very shortsighted. There are things now taking place at the company that defies normal business logic as relates to bottom line profits. There should be a flurry of announcements hitting the wires shortly. The first is a PP for the money that has been so badly needed to get the marketing engine going. This PP may or may not indicate some dilution, normally a bad word, but with what's following, it will probably have a nil or maybe even a positive impact. The new business that's about to flow into TSIG and its new Internet CD sales subsidiary CCI is potentially unprecedented in the Internet CD business. And should be PROFITABLE from DAY ONE!!! CDNow and Music Boulevard are both lowering their prices and offering specials due to the opening of the new CCI web site. compactconnection.com They, the competition, haven't a clue as to what is about to happen and don't come close to understanding the business model upon which CCI's marketing system is based. Once the marketing/business model is fully understood by the investing market at large, I don't believe this will be an event driven stock. Maybe for the first one or two announcements, but even then it may not come back down as is typical with most BB's. The pipeline appears to be too full with too many great opportunities. I sincerely believe that at .20 cents a share you'll find an abundance of reasons for looking more thoroughly into TSIG. Although so much more has happened in the past two weeks to even begin to explain here, I've at least posted the address to the site constructed by one of the SI posters for the beginning of your DD if you are so inclined. I sincerely believe this could make our 1998.geocities.com . Rich
