J.T.:

Looks like the strong finish will carry into next week for 4 to 5% to the upside... I've moved money into S&P Index funds... I also increased my holdings in BZL because I think Brazil will be the beneficiary of the G7 meetings this weekend...

Time and time again we see industry analyst, strategist, and money managers discuss market caution.

3 months ago consensus looking forward was not this negative. Obviously world issues have grown more negative and they did not see it.

Now they see it and seem to be very much influenced by it when discussing their short and long term projections.

In my opinion, many did not have foresight then and they probably lack much of it now.

I can see it on their faces and in their words. For the most part they are scared.

I am not a technician. I go by feel and right now I feel the market can be exploited by long term investors. A once in every 10 year opportunity.
