John, Fraud???? As in deceit? Perhaps deceit because.... “the techniques used by Mr. Paravicini were insufficient to justify the calculations made, and the term "reserves" may be an inaccurate characterization of the mineralization found on the Golden Eagle properties in the Cangalli district.”???? I don't think so. If the techniques in question "MAY BE" inaccurate then that is an assumption, at best. In fact the very statement questioning Mr. Paravicini's techniques is practically retracted in the same paragraph.....“Based on the information that Mr. Paravicini and others have developed regarding the Cangalli district in general and the Company's properties in specific, management still believes that there is significant gold mineralization within the Company's properties.” The latest 8K is smoke. A delay tactic IMHO. Nothing to chew on and nothing has changed. Net = zero. No fraud in that. reddy

so john.. you figure that someone was stpid enough to just send money to bloivia and not get recipts for any of it.. so they didnt pay the coop.. so i guess they cant own the property.. i think it works that was doesnt it.. ie i pay for my hose and its mine.. if i dont its not. thay combined with the addmition that the report had no basis in fact.. well i guess you could be right one more time.. john.. do you know any way to get a hold placed on what if any assets the company has ?. maybe cancell all the 144 stock etc.. all options gone.. and so on.. so someone took all there money.. id hate to be the poor sob that signed the checks.. it will be hello crowbar hotel tim
