Peppe:The bulk of tax loss selling starts end Nov, continues into Dec and this is then followed by Santa's rally and the January Sprint. It certainly is known to have a negative impact on Losing stocks between the end of Nov to second week of Dec.

However, the time span between that period and now is large and you therefore need to make a good guess if the Stock is still likely to trade flat till that date.
