I think the downside is minimal while the upside is big... I've been talking to RECY for over a year and believe they have the Mgmt talent to ride out this storm... As for buying now instead of waiting for an established technical uptrend; all the bad news is probably priced into the stock, including a possible down 4th Qtr... Those that wanted to sell have sold... Now I think the surprise will be to the upside... We should see some base building and the inevitable move upwards... I've got time to let RECY do what they're capable of doing... Jim
