Addi, my friend, let's drop the politics...

or explain to the thread how our president's behavior will affect the price of our LSI shares.

Two people were shot in the head and killed last week just around the corner from where I live. We don't have to look abroad for senseless killings, they happen every day here in New Orleans and most other major cities in the USA.

Pick a date and time (any time on any day) and turn on your TV or radio, and all you see and hear are how Republicans, and Democrats try to get even...

Couldn't agree more! I used to watch some of the coverage initially, but now even I am put off by it.

The format is like this :

They get 4 people -- a Republican, a Democrat, a former Prosecutor and a former White House counsel, and they all fight-fight-fight for the next hour.

Then, they get a former Senator, a constitutional expert, a radio talk-show host and a former junior district attorney and fight-fight-fight for another hour.

Once that is over, they get a used car dealer, an insurance agent, a farmer and a checkout clerk and fight-fight-fight for one more hour.

After that...

It just keeps going on and on and on!!

Blehhh! I am sick and tired of this nonsense. Maybe a year from we'll all be waiting with bated breath as the Supreme Court ponders and votes over whether oral sex is sex or not! Just plain ridiculous.

As I see it, the only way to possibly get rid of this stupidity is to go to the polling booth on Nov. 3 and blindly vote for whatever the Democratic Party recommends, regardless of what candidate or what issue it is.

Dipy.

Addi:

Keep the faith!

Did everyone notice that LSI will be reporting on the morning
after INTC's presumably good announcement the previous evening. Hmmm... If bad then presumably INTC exuberance will dilute the effect, if good then very golden. Hooray if you do, Hooray if you don't <g> -
Hooray cannot be translated into $$$$ (I wish).

INTC computers down to 54% of market share at retail (profits another story!) from a staggering 84% of market share last year (ay caramba)
- since Apple's iMac will be doing the PC boys some serious pain over the next few quarters INTC is not going back to 80+% or for that
matter 70+% (?) anytime soon:

Bloodied & dinged up (but only figuratively - your point is well
made)

Shane.
