I am trying for a discussion to counter the obvious appeasement psychology that has been allowed to go on with tremendous downside affects on the stock price of the company. The downturn affects expansion because of the lesser value of the stock price cuts into borrowing power. For an expanding company, with these beautiful low interest rates, one needs to take full advantage of this gift. How do they do that? Please refer to 28078. DGIV needs an avenue. Ol Claus
