Hmm late friday trading, word always leaks out about a deal.

remember scopus way back when?

LU might be interested due to their interest in call center solutions.

in addition, if it was another weak to poor quarter as I've been hearing, the board may decide it is time to sell, even below option strike prices.

Let's hope employees and board and management aren't somehow rewarded on a takeover, this thing's caused al ot of damage.

It could also be short covering due to buyout rumors. but i'd say it smells like a takeover.

I'm sure this is the big pooling-of-interests acquisition we've been waiting for from LU ;-}. It might end up being acretive on a cash basis given where VNTV's been trading.
