DELL often retreats when there is global bad news ... but note that it almost never goes down all the way back to baseline (e.g. with the DOW being 7500-7600 DELL did not retreat to 51 or 52). However when there is good global news (however transient) DELL rises dramatically.

I agree that if INTEL comes out with REALLY good numbers (more than even the industry expectation) then DELL will soar. Even if there are global siesmic events in the near future, should DELL rise far enough (e.g. 75) it will not shrink back to its baseline low.

I hope for some pseudo-good news from the weekend meetings which will give the market a tech bounce. In that event we will see DELL rising and staying high even if the markets correct again.
