The question is... which was worth more?

I received a PM that Ira received 100,000 shares and a car to take a hike. Believable??????

Right now I would believe anything.

Freddie:

I appreciate what you're trying to do, but you're preaching to the choir. Way back on July 10th, I posted the following at #21786:

This post is directed to Arif Adam:

Sir! Your shareholders are in an UGLY mood!! I sincerely suggest that you consult your
attorneys and save yourself a lot of future grief, aggravation and expense. I am sure they
will advise you to voluntarily return all of those shares you issued to yourself to maintain
your 50% plus control. What you did was greedy, foolish and utterly unnecessary! One
does not have to own more than 50% of the shares of a public corporation to exercise
control. All you need is a substantial plurality of the shares, as any corporate raider will
tell you. So take your attorneys' advice and retire those surplus shares you issued to
yourself and thereby head off a shareholder revolt and possible class action suit. Who
knows? You might then even smile back at that face in your mirror each morning
because the total value of your reduced shares will almost certainly rise to exceed what
they're worth now.

Take this advice while you can still do it gracefully.

Dick Jaffe

I then repeated it a few days later and even faxed the same message to Arif. I never received a response or acknowledgement.
