GY,

Thanks for the heads up on the new facility. I have just returned from a business trip to find BUGS is still heading south on low volume. It appears that the general market sell-off amongst other things has some BUGS shareholders eliminating shares.

I am somewhat encouraged by the bid and ask and feel a rebound is inevitable at some point.... but anything can and is likely to happen when one expects something positive.

Sales and positive revenues in copious amounts are what is needed from U.S. Microbics at this point. Anything less will encourage more selling. If sales are to commence in early November as you suggest than perhaps we should all hope for a quick and painless October but I wouldn't expect it given the general market turmoil.

Here is hoping that we have put our faith and cash on the right combination of jockey and horse. Any other delays in production will assuredly send negative signals to the small group of shareholders that own BUGS.
