I think it's very relevant, in general, for people to understand the many SEC regulations that all Transfer Agents must follow in order to be in lawful compliance. Of course AZNT will tell us they were well aware of their obligation for Y2K disclosure and of course they will tell us they are in the process of getting that done. So, of course, there's no need for us to remind them that the three previous TAs refused to do certain things for certain lawful reasons because they are obviously well aware of these laws and their consequences. - Jeff
