E.C. is going back into his dungeon when this thing hits 5 bucks in a couple weeks ,,I did not believe in Dia-Met and droped my shares at 8.00 ,much to my sorrow .because, the hype dried up ,and news then was not like today ,I had to wait each week for the Northern Miner to come out with 2 week old news .

Regarding financing-- Is it not in the best

interest of the company to try to run up the

price of the stock in order to get their funding

while trying to minimize the number of shares to

be issued? Looking back was not some of Winspears

financings done at higher prices?

Maybe I am missing somthing and would appreciate

anyone who can fill me in?

Regards
