Readerman has a hold rating on Amazon. He thinks that the stock should be $60-70, using DCF analysis.

Last summer he downgraded Yahoo to hold at 32 based on valuation (though I hear he was a closet bull, looking for a reason to recommend purchase again), but officially changed to buy again in October at 53, after earnings surprised and Yahoo's commerce deals accelerated. He has been enthusiastic about Yahoo since.

This week he is pounding the table on Microsoft, AOL, and Yahoo as his three best Internet investments. The title of his recommendation is "Just Get In."

I hear that David is now the most highly-respected software analyst by Redmond. He was able to produce Bill Gates at the Montgomery Tech Conference this year, something Gates doesn't do.
