I was joking about LU, but re buyout, I am uncertain there will be one, price would prbably be in the mid-teens, but not much higher and would depend on VNTV performance and outlook this qtr.

Way too many uncertainties right now, but may be worth taking a flier on it.

Looks like it's too late. LU already made its big acquisition today:

Lucent buys Internet software maker

MURRAY HILL, N.J. (Reuters) - Lucent Technologies Inc. (LU - news) said Tuesday it acquired Quadritek Systems Inc., a privately held, start-up
developer of Internet protocol network administration software, for about $50 million.

Lucent said in a statement the purchase is expected to result in a one-time charge against earnings for an accounting writeoff assigned to in-process research
and development that will be taken in the quarter ending Dec. 31.
