Director Sale 302,500 12.00 3,630,000 COM D 3,972,500

$67,632,500 sold by insiders after mid March 98.

$3.13 current price * 7.657 million shares
= $23,928,000 Today's Market Cap

After the sale Mr. Caputo's remaining shares were 3,972,500.
Could he and his friends have already taken their profit? They appear to have taken out 3 times today's value of the company. Help! Help! Help! Can anyone refute these figures?

Do they have a good case? Are the lawyers going to get what's left?
On the face of it the profit from this company may have already been sucked out.
