In the case of LU, uncertainties surrounding acquisition possibilities have contributed much to the price decline--the big boyz simply sit back and wait.

I think, the entry point--if you are a market timer--should be determined by time frame and events, not necessarily by price levels alone. But, on the other hand, if you are a long-term investor, you should begin averaging your way in.
