Take this childish mud slinging off of this thread!!! This is no way to act regardless of what may or may not have happened! This has been a very professional and fun thread to be part of for the past months. Please don't tarnish it with this "eye for an eye" junk. I appreciate the "attempt" for you all to save us but rest assured that is not necessary. We are talking about over a thousand investors who have put their hard earned money on the line with the trust that everything will be fairly laid out for review. If there has been poor judgement with the handling of other threads, please have enough sense and fairness to these good people to take your fight there!!! Sorry,had to vent. John

Have you read the SI terms of use agreement? I consider your posts here thus far to fit several of the terms listed above. Perhaps now would be a good time for you reconsider your quest to harass James Bender. I'm sure you don't wish to violate the terms we all agreed to when we signed on with SI. Let's not make this a Yahoo please.
