Perky, If we want to speculate in these areas; What will Japan's response be when they lose. So far they have been quite agreeable with the US, but as my Korean friends used to say 'The Japanese are seven faced and three hearted.' My guess is that they will continue to cooperate and accept defeat but they do have the capability to rearrange the financial landscape, much more than Russia. The global administrations clueless fumblings so far seems to quarantee a bad end to all this. Maybe after over a year to work on these problems they will suddenly come up with some answers this weekend. Derrick
