Re -- What is it that will take CSCO to 33.33?

Global deflation and severe price competition. Cisco is counting on its future growth in the ISP/Carrier space (Routers/switches in the enterprise is nearing saturation -- growth leveling off). If the telco's choose to delay/slowdown deployment of data networks, Cisco's growth is stymied.

Cisco goes to $30. And the OLD BOY ERIK will be wondering why he didn't sell at $65 when the fundamentals were so strong.

How can you be so blind as to what is happening to CSCO? I love this company just as much as you do, but the stock is crumbling BIG TIME. Even compared to DELL or MSFT, CSCO is showing MAJOR relative weakness.

CSCO will NOT hold its 200 day MA and when that happens, the stock will CRUMBLE.

How did I get 33.33? It's arbitrary and not even I can be certain where it will go. But COUPLED with the market downtrend and its own inherenet problems, high 30's seems probable.

I'll come back when that happens, right now I am licking my chops to reshort the tertiary internet stocks and choose not to bother with CSCO.

Good luck.
