Rick, on your first "weird" item.

The other day, NPR carried an interview with the Financial Times reporter in Cairo. Apparently, not one, but two, full Arabic translations of the Starr Report have been published in Egypt. One of them has a title something like "Hot Stuff in the White House," and a lurid come-on cover. Even in Islamic countries, Sex Sells. (Less surprising that parents object.)
