Sili, I don't follow this outfit very closely, however, doesn't outsourcing also come with hefty write-offs once the flab has been identified? Has CGI taken provisions for these costs? Doesn't this become an even bigger issue the bigger the outsourced contract? Do you remember ISM? They had a rise and then went flat until IBM took them out of play?

{Comparing CGI share price against the US dollar has no bearing. If Canadian $ goes down, that has NO impact on P/E of a company that is Canadian and has their shares traded on both NYSE and Canadian markets.)

I disagree...I've rarely seen Canadian stocks go up, when the Canadian dollar goes down (other than news driven)...Look at Biochem, Mitel, Royal Bank...
But, obviously the opposite is true too...Sal
