Yea, but as someone appropriately pointed out on the Yahoo Board, this pricing warning appearing in the MD&A section of the 10-Q was stated verbatim in the April 10-Q.

So the bonehead reporter at Reuters was not reporting "news" as he thought he was. Nevertheless, the fact that this story came across the wires in the fashion that it did, will undoubtedly have a negative effect on the stock Monday morning.

We should all write duncan.martell@reuters.com and tell him to make a correction. Not only is this old news, but it was released before the close of the market and not after as he says. This really is unfair to ORCL and the stockholders.
