George,

The REAL question is, even IF we DID KNOW FOR CERTAIN that there was a short or CC selling or profit taking from what I like to call the "ABCDumpling series", or ..... then what???? What does knowing this information get us? A comfort feeling that we can account for the selling? It is WAY too late for that. We are all in this because we trust Murphy's plan. If his plan goes bust, so do we, plain and simple. Obviously just my opinion. It would be nice to know when the selling is going to end but WE ARE CLUELESS on that so I have given up wondering. Best to all.

LET'S GO BIG BANG!

George, I couldn't disagree more with your comments at this time. I personally feel that the research that has been done recently by Joe Medsker and others has pretty much confirmed that our earlier conclusions were correct. It also appears to me that we have the best handle on what remains of the overhead that we have ever had and I for one am more confident than ever that within a month or so, we could be out from under this overhead problem for good. That is if the MM's will wise up and realize that there is no reason to be shorting us, and I think that day is coming soon. If I am wrong, then you can remind me of this optimistic note if you wish, but this is my honest take on the situation.

James

George,
Get off the "Friday Night Scotch" and get real. Tell you what!! I'll put up all my holdings of DCI against your entire holdings---house, kids, etc. that you are WRONG. When's the last time you talked to Headquarters????? (ggg).
BTW, When you look at our competitors that have revenues of over $100M per year---they are all down 60-75% from their mid-summer highs. Do they all have shorters and Zwebners????? <gggg> OOOPS! Sorry to offend the people you believe in at this time. Maybe you ought to subscribe to the London Daily Mirror!!! <gg>

GE,
<<<<At one time it was the CC sellers>>>>

One of the CC individuals is still some what of a problem. Keep in mind that we have had over 5 million of the CC shares come at us since last November in effect doubling our float. That was just too many shares in one years time to absorb. As of several weeks ago there were still 800,000 shares deposited with WoodGundie in Canada. These shares are being sold almost every day. They are non restricted shares so we will just have to get through them. These figures are not a guess, they come from the weekly position report.

<<<<Then it was that nasty transfer agent.>>>>

You know full well the situation with the TA so I don't understand why you think this was not a problem.

<<<<Most recently it's the MM's going short>>>>

I have stated recently that IMO we have a short position but I don't know if its a MM or who ever. My supposition is based on the information from the weekly position reports and numerous phone calls and e-mails to and from individuals telling me just how many shares should be at certain firms.

<<<<Let's face it people, we don't have a clue now,>>>>

From all of the above information I must disagree with you. I don't know if I am 100% correct but IMO we certainly have more than a clue. Regardless of your lack of confidence in the few of us who continue our digging and research, we will always let you and everybody else know what we find. If you choose to not believe for what ever reason that is your right. But, since you indicate you are still a share holder, any help on your part to shed light on the errors of our ways would be greatly appreciated by all. The more we work together and share our information the sooner the price will start moving back to the range that AMEX will invite Joe back for another meeting. Have a good weekend.

Best Regards

George,
I have read your comment through many times and I am trying to understand your point. If it is that you are frustrated with the price of the shares, so are we ALL. If we are having a problem, should we just lie down and die. You at times seem like a very bright guy. It is hard for me to believe that you think that looking for the truth is meaningless. Things see to be very low right now. I for one feel better if I knew why. The more information I can accumulate the better decisions I can make.
I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to Joe M, Grupo, James, Bruce and all the others that contribute. It is with there input that I realize that I have made the right investment choice. Someday we will all look back at this period and laugh. I for one am going to WAIT for that day. It will come.
