Jerry for your benefit and all other P&Fer's

You know my friend at M-S, I was with him Friday night and he relayed a story that he heard on Friday afternoon from a Brazilian National who is an executive with a Fortune 1000 American Co. with a huge presence in Brazil.

They have ben crying for a long time and hope that the new government can help, well it appears as if the new government has told the multi-nationals to sit tight at least until this coming week following the elections. I'm no foreign currency expert and I'm not quite sure of the direct impact but I do know one thing...a currency devaluation ain't great for the market.

Wednesday is supposed to be the big announcement and should catch people off guard as they're expecting something Monday a.m. so I'm told.

I might just nibble at some OEX Puts if we rally on Mon/Tuesday. Deep in the monies should hold up rather well in the short term unless we really rocket or the story turns out to be total non-sense.

Either way, this is, if for nothing else a tid bit that by the end of the week should prove itself out and I'll either be a Hero or a Goat.
