Ken,
If I knew your private E-Mail I would tell you why. Let me know--You know mine and I will send the whole reason. Not for public discussion.

Ken, Your right, waiting is tough, but if we consider things logically, I think that essentially all of us would have to agree that DCI as a company is doing a great job of adding fundamental value per share to our holdings. (That added value however is obviously not reflected in our current share price at the current time however.) The way I am looking at things, is that last November, I was willing to pay in excess of $3 a share, for perhaps 1/8 of the value per share we can now buy for .92/share. The price trend of the stock really stinks but the incenitive to buy shares is actually 3 x 8 = 24 times greater than it was last Novemeber. The only difference is that our current stock price puts most of us deeply behind the eight ball and there is no reasonable exit at present and that is what makes us feel sooo uncomfortable at times. It's my firm opinion, that so long as we see continued increases in our value per share, that we are all going to be fine long term. The 2 things that have to happen for this to continue to be the case, is for DCI to continue to increase revenues, while keeping a tight rein on the expansion of our shares. The past several months have been excellent on both accounts. A good weekend to all.

James
