Tenchusatu, <..Just as much as you do.>
Wow. I wonder what makes you think so...

<..first of all, AMD's achievement of a speed
of 400 MHz for a 0.25 micron K6 will be a
significant accomplishment, whenever that occurs...
...blah...yield..blah>
You did not answer the question, should AMD
increase Idsat or cut off Leff altogether:) :)
Do some math please.

<I've give you that, oh condescending one.>
That was good, took me some time to dig a
dictionary...

<But it's kind of obvious that the top-speed
parts that AMD releases are necessarily going
to be very low yield compared to...>
It sure is obvious to every idiot that a 5-stage
pipe is much more complex than 12-14 stage
pipe of Pentium-Pro, you are right on target. My
educated guess leads me to a factor of 2.5X using
a combination of 2rd-grade math with
some support from cylindrical and Grassman's
algebras in Galua representations:) Theory
of deformations also points to the same
conclusion, oh highly-educated one.

<It's not likely that the K7 will be any more
Alpha-like than the Pentium II is,> You said
it yourself, alluding to the stolen technology,
oh my incontinent one.....

<So would you suggest that I load up on some XXX stock...>
I do not do advises, ask better Paul Engel on
that matter:} Happy investing.
