mtpockets,

How is Jack doing? Ask him why he hasn't answered my email. I sure do wish we'd hear some positive things from our little RR...like financials!! My concern is not that they are making a profit, but what direction they are heading, if any.

Jim J

Hello! Tom,

Well still no updates from NYRR--I also noticed that on their website they have requested that no one send them e-mails expecting an e-mail response --but rather phone the company directly.
In my opinion this is a more time consuming process( especially if they are busy) an e-mail can be answered at one's leisure! Oh! Well!

The problem with limited or minimal updates from a company to it's shareholders is that it can eventually lead to frustration for some of the shareholders ( especially if the share price is in a downtrend)
and then what sometimes happens next is the rumor mill starts to get active.

Here is a rumor that at this point I have been unable to verify as factual however the just of this rumor is that there is a significant
private placement that is scheduled to take place that could gross the company $2 Million....JMO! Apparently along with this rumored potential private placement there is a document --apparently several hundred pages that outlines the details of the PP.. Keep in mind that to the best of my knowledge that this is just a rumor.

Now! Wouldn't it be refreshing if the company would throw out a few bones of information to the shareholders so that we wouldn't have to sit here and hold our breath.

Another thought came to mind, I wonder what criteria is used in deciding who gets selected to be contacted in private placement opportunities --be it NYRR ( if, as and when there is such an event)
or any other company?

I wonder if Jack would know? JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
