This is a political decision to be made by Congress. You defend his action by stating he intended to deceive? That's not likely to play well. The President as the highest officer in the Executive branch, entrusted with the faithful,execution of the laws, should be held to a higher standard. However, even if you accept his definition and tortured logic, he still clearly perjured himself. Remember the cigar? JLA
