I'm not really going to defend Gorman, but I find it amazing how he has become the villain in this soap opera and nobody is talking about Chada anymore. Does anybody have any evidence that it was Gorman's decision to do the disasterous floorless convertibles and reverse split? This is Chada's company and he makes the decisions. Floorless convertibles are his trademark.

But since there is so much speculation going around, I thought I'd throw in another. Maybe all this is a cleverly thought out scheme to find a scapegoat and get Chada off the hot seat. Maybe give him a chance to disappear quietly into the sunset. Maybe Gorman is willingly taking the rap for all their sins and will eventually be rewarded for it. I believe he still has significant options in this stock. Maybe he just got some more. Who the hell knows? It's all so crazy.

Dennis

my view would be that a cfo for each separate entity, if we are to assume that each operating division will become a separate public co. perhaps a huge leap of faith but this would be my assumption
