carl, thanks for the cogent explanation. all misunderstandings on my part are now clear. applesauce seems to be swing for the fences kinda guy. sometimes this is great and sometimes you are "pitched an anvil." ;-) carl, remember, mu has to pay ti back, as well as the $500 million they borrowed not too long ago. that is $1.25 billion and i suspect that will crimp cash flow at some point ;-) oh, and the $20-25 million in interest per q ain't gonna help ;-)
