In the fall, xxx plans to file form SB-2, a registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, with the Securities and Exchange Commission to enable the series A preferred shares to be converted to registered xxx common stock. This conversion will fulfill the final requirement necessary for xxxxxx to file for trading on the NASDAQ smallcap market. what happens if 93% of shares are secretly owned by billionaire bill gates and he wont dump any shares because he wants his buddies company to qualify for small cap. still time to short them when sb-2 hits????
