remember that post you made about buying a bb when they gear up for a major promotion, like this i guess 2 weeks ago.....
xxx announced today that it has engaged xxxxxxx
to provide financial public relations services for the Company.

Under the agreement, The xxxxxxxx will afford strategic counsel to xxxxx, and provide informative and timely communication with the investment community.

and selling right before.....
In the fall, xxx plans to file form SB-2, a registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, with the Securities and Exchange Commission to enable the series A preferred shares to be converted to registered xxx common stock. This conversion will fulfill the final requirement necessary for xxxxxx to file for trading on the NASDAQ smallcap market.

what happens if 93% of shares are secretly owned by billionaire bill gates and he wont dump any shares because he wants his buddies company to qualify for small cap.
still time to short them when sb-2 hits????

Ok, I'll take a guess. Inventor...GANN
A symmetrical chart overlay system used by manipulating mm's to move a stock to predetermined levels before dumping it or running it further against shorts.

Probably not close but what the heck. I'm just guessing based on a phrase I've heard..."boxing a stock" re a wide ranging scandal in the past.
