Give your head a shake Rosy...I've lived in the "brutal" climates you speak of (that's why I moved away...brrr) and I have yet to see construction stop in the winter. Sure, a major blizzard will halt construction until things are cleared but generally construction does not come to a halt because it is cold outside. These are the 90s...they no longer dig foundations with shovels. A new invention of some kind came along. I think its called machinery, you know....bulldozers, backhoes, that kind of thing. And guess what else is new? They can also pour concrete in winter. Ain't science great? What will they think of next? Give me a break !

Well, ROSARIO, it appears that you did not call the company again today since you were dodging questions by asking for the phone number again. Is it that you don't really want answers? Are you just trying to cast seeds of doubt among other investors? Are you trying to get the price down so that you can get a cheaper price and make a bigger profit? -Or are just too lazy to do a little DD yourself? Do you expect others to do all your work for you? -Or maybe you just like being a nuisance? Is your life so insignificant that this is the only way you can get attention???
