Well for starters civilization as we know it depends on 2 things-

1. People willing to wait in lines. &
2. A real or imagined oath in court.
If Clinton is above the law < all presidents have lied but none under OATH in court> then all is lost.... when someone is taken to court for divorce, neighborly dispute, business, car accident , dog bite or anything at all we depend on the real or imagined oath to provide the Judge enough info to render a decision.... if all parties can lie at will it will be chaos. This is not about overturning two elections.... I thought there were 2 names on that ballot ? It is merely sliding the VP howver awful he is-- it MUST be done for the good of law. We must have at least a faint belief a Pres. is telling the truth if a National crisis arises.... and Clinton has lost credibility and cant be trusted for the weather report-- let alone financial or foreign policy decisions.
