Ice. It sure is an interesting game played on BB's and it seems the internet has surely helped the shanigans. Would you agree?? I also believe the manipulators need continued interest in the stock to play the game, right?? My thought surrounds the fact that TPI s/h are teteering (sp) on the brink of taking this to .01, right. Is that what the manipulators want??? The company to go out of business and the s/h to leave completely?? Then their games are over... I have to believe they have to give us a bit more to ultimately make their $$$, right?? The folks holding the converts want the shares to go up, I know they have already made their money on the shorts, but in their IRR models I am sure they have said they will make $$$ on the upside also. Well they are on the edge of seeing us at .30 forever without some action. Have to believe the MM will let this ride up eventually. What do you think???

I agree with most of that Ice. All I can say for the other side is, if you're a cash-strapped company like TPI, your alternatives are:

1. Borrow from a bank...not until there are receivables to collateralize or an equity infusion.

2. Sell stock to public via an equity offering...not yet, not until business is more developed. This can lead to short-selling by related and unrelated parties.

3. Sell stock to public via other mechanisms, i.e., convertible death spirals, Reg D's, etc., the terms of which may lead to short-selling by a number of related and unrelated parties.

Are there options I've missed?
I mean the net-net is that a cash-strapped developoment-stage corporation like TPI is able to float stock.
