Can you give me the 6 sigma of speed distribution on Intel 0.25um PII process? My guess is that their 6 sigma is about 100MHz. That is why you see 300MHz (CeleronA), 333MHz, 350MHz, and 400MHz on the same process. To get to 450MHz the designers had to do a 5% "SMART SHRINK" on their 0.25um process. This is their "ENHANCED 0.25um PROCESS".
