President's Productivity Up 300%

WASHINGTON DC, Oct 2. When the Lewinski scandal first broke President Clinton had expressed his desire to "get back to the work that the American people elected him to do." This week BNN has learned that not only has he been successful in doing his work but his overall productivity is up nearly 300%.

When asked how the President was able to increase his productivity so dramatically one anonymous White House staffer divulged, " The President's secret is 'testosterone reducing drugs'. He takes them to curb his sexual appetite."

Apparently President Clinton is taking the same drug that is administered to sex offenders to keep them from re-offending. The treatment has been called "Chemical Castration" and appears to be doing wonders for the President.

"Before the President began his treatment, which was the First-Lady's idea," says the White House staffer, "the president had a difficult time staying focused on his work. Every time an intern or secretary came into the Oval Office, the President would stop what he was doing, then ogle her until she left. Sometimes he would even drool."

"All that has changed since Clinton has agreed to 'Chemical Castration'. Now the President is able to keep working when women pass through the office. This has allowed him to plow through piles of work. He has become a different kind of 'busy beaver' and we are all so very proud of him."
