I think the first letter's pretty moronic, too: If you have any doubts, I would just refer you to the folks researching the MTEI fiasco after the fact. They have pulled out some unbelievable information - information that had it come out earlier would have saved a lot of people a lot of money. This one's still in denial: the information in question DID "come out" earlier, of course. He just refused to pay attention.
