Bob, Thanks for the response. Scott: I agree that we shouldn't criticize mill personnel. That criticism, when warranted, belongs with management. I realize this is a tiny company that seems to have a lot of promise but sometimes I feel that there are indications that we don't have a typical situation when it comes to management of this company. For example, if I were the CEO I would want to be close to the action rather than hundreds of miles away. That seems odd to me. And, even though I wouldn't expect production processes to be well defined yet, I would think that some QA/QC measurements and metrics would have been developed and implemented by now. This doesn't seem to be the case since the product that is shipped,apparently, isn't sampled prior to shipment. If this company wants to increase production, I would rather see them have some controls (both Management and Production) in place before proceeding further. I don't know anything about the mining/refining processes so maybe I expect too much. I'll move to the background again. Thanks again. Dan
