Maxwell, I suspect that Intel does not run outside 3 sigma on their speed distribution, maybe less. The fact that they sell 333-450mhz (not 400 as you stated) parts from their .25u process does not necessarily mean the distribution is that broad, only that they may be strapping the lower speed parts to prevent them from running faster. I too hope that Yousef will fill us in.
