George. I don't know if you caught the comments by Benson but he said the company has been approached by NO ONE. stock does not trade on any buyout premium because NO ONE has expressed an interest and
Company wants to go it alone.If you are holding the stock for a buyout and not the fundamentals you are very likely to be disappointed.

Prune-guy: Ran my weekly chart and it changed. Said that the stock is an early entry candidate if it closes above $9.30, which it did. Also said that the stock is under accumulation and has "strongly improving conditions." I lost $90,000 on CS on the way down and intend to recover at least part of it VIA CSAB calls. I will also be laddering out to later expirations in '99. I have better places to put cash positions in the coming days rather than tie up a lot of money in one stock.
