A Winded BAMBI Update

Definitely a tough week for BAMBI, and for the market. But, BAMBI remains marginally bullish at 17/13. In addition, 15 of the DJIA stocks beat the Index (eight even generated positive returns for the week).

Clearly, BAMBI is having a tough time identifying the trend, which probably figures that there is no trend. A good example is IBM. Last week we get a bullish signal, this week a bearish signal. In addition, 24 of the monthly trends are bearish.

Hit and Run!

Thanks for your thoughts Berney.

I might counter that the time frames that you urge people to look at are for a unprecedented bull run that has left the equity market more overvalued than ever before.

Would that we could turn back the clock and make perfect calls! <gg>

As others have noted, past performance is no indication of ..
Then again .. those who forget history are ..

So then .. now we have developed our government safeguards to the point that we are unsinkable. (iceburg off the starboard ..)

And all the while .. I wanna grab one more ride on irrational exuberance .. get just one more piece of the pie. Is this another dip to buy??? could be .. could be.
