Alan and Prov,

The day I spoke to Randy, a week or so ago, he said a clarification PR was about to be out. I think at that time he expected it out that day or the next, but he did remark it was being reviewed by the company atty prior to release.

This is a synopsis of what he said, but essentially the same. He said they had asked the SEC in to do an inquiry. While there, the SEC had reviewed most everything, inclidung prior press releases. Though IKAR had deemed the Russian info and the Kilborn report as factual, the SEC seemed to think it should be treated as ...dubious? (perhaps not the correct word here) since it had not been TOTALLY proven as fact. To satisfy the SEC he said they were going to readdress the information in a correction that would satisfy them while at the same time continue with the drilling, etc which would supply the info they want to see to consider it fact. I hpe I have explained it correctly here and if you have questions I certainly am willing to answer them. Basically the reason for this current PR is to make clarification to satisfy the SEC.

Again, none of this is a direct quote from Randy, but simply my understanding as remembered from our conversation in my words, not his.
