On the various small-company boards that I read, virtually every one has posters attacking or questioning a stock for being down, as if small caps as a group aren't being swiped in one grand blow by a big grizzly. Makes me wonder if these folks are so blinkered that they're oblivious to a world beyond their own holdings.) Anyway, Radica at the current price looks like an excellent value play for someone willing to hang on to it for six to twelve months, ignoring the shorter-term ups and downs which gamers like me are primarily interested in.
